Sr. Ann Marie worked diligently in repairing the Holy Cross Cathedral's broken statues to make the Easter deadline. She finished and delivered them on Holy Saturday ~ just in the nick of time! St. Patrick and St Catherine Alexandria needed a bit of work but the third statue was headless and is still a mystery. He needed a new head, mitre, painting, etc. It was quite the challenge because no one knows who he is and there was no picture to show what he looked like. He is the mystery saint. Below are the before and after pictures. Cardinal Sean is grateful - and so are we!

We were blessed to help out at a Homeschool Retreat in western Massachusetts. We sang about our Catholic Faith, told stories about the Holy Eucharist, colored Eucharistic pictures and had a great time with the beautiful children. We were delighted to be with them and were impressed with their knowledge of the Catholic Faith. It was a joy and a privilege. Thanks be to God!

TO ADORE OUR LORD!
The Franciscan Handmaids of the Immaculate seek daily to draw closer to Our Lord. Adoration of the Most Holy Sacrament is fundamental to Our spiritual life as we seek to conform our hearts unto His. Additionally, praying the Liturgy of the Hours, the rosary, the Chaplet of Divine Mercy and the Sorrows, we place ourselves in the Immaculate Heart of Mary, asking Her to bring us closer to Her Son.
